/ Milos Workshop

Milos, one of the world’s premier manufacturers of modular aluminium truss systems, towers, roofs and stages, completed a traditional workshop for its customers – a specialized seminar for professionals that use mobile staging, roofing, and towers. Customers from nine countries met in Roudnice nad Labem, Czech Republic, during the first weekend in March, where Milos experts had prepared a two-day program consisting of training, lectures, and a visual presentation of product assembly.

The first day consisted of a workshop in which participants had a chance to see and assemble the special MR2 roof and individual stage types including the newest xStage.  Also introduced was the highly innovative MRT2 Rigging Tower. The second day of activities included a comprehensive lecture on statics under the leadership of Expo-Engineering experts, which provided the workshop participants with valuable information including construction statics, methods of connecting the constructions, suspension of loads, the issues of windload, and manners of protection against windload.
